My husband & I enjoyed our New Year's dinner here recently. Everything from the restaurant itself, to the food & wine list, and service was excellent. With the mixed reviews online regarding poor wait times and service, I was unsure on whether to book, but I am so happy that I did! Service was very personable & fast - everything... More

didn't have a problem with the service as others did. our server was very attentive. I also didn't think any of the food was spectacular, especially for the price, although it wasn't bad. got some lentil soup, which was tasty. Bruschetta next, which was also good. bacon wrapped date/quail. hard to wrap anything in bacon and have it taste bad;... More

Four of us had such a splendid dinner at this gem of fine dining. Truly, every bite was heavenly from the warm bread, to the perfectly cooked filet, to the lightly battered trout, and to the incredible risotto. This capped off a beautiful day at the local Virginia vineyards. We can't wait to go back for our next meal and... More

The interior is lit up with tiny white lights and is very intimate and cozy. Food/drinks were delicious. Kind of pricy, though.

We loved Aioli. We made a 5:45pm reservation and enjoyed an array of tapas with a wonderful Virginia Merlot. Great food! Easy walking distance from Blackfriars Theatre! Highly recommend.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner for two on Friday night. We called around 7:30 and was told there was an hour wait so we waited until 8:45 and got right in. We had two appetizers, the beef filet, and the paella. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. While we would definitely return again, but it is... More

Just north of Staunton's Beverley St., you'll find Aioli. It's nicely decorated, has an interesting menu, and welcoming staff. The food is better than anything you'll find on the main drag, There's an interesting menu of main dishes, tapas, and salads. What I tried (including from my partner's plate) was top shelf -- fresh and well prepared. It's hard to... More

We were in Staunton for one night and Aioli looked like a good choice for dinner at a convenient location. The paella was large enough to share and we were glad we ordered it. We were pleased to find that a jazz group was performing - and starting early enough so that we could hear them before leaving for a... More
