There is a pay and display car park, which is at the rear of the adjoining Premier Inn. Only used it when stopping at Premier Inn so can't confirm refund personally from Liberty Bell. It can get very full on weekend evenings

Hi There's a car park on site .. and also a large multi story in western road next to the liberty bell. But In the multi story you do have to pay .. free on a Sunday Hope this helps x
