Now I rarely only give 3 stars as I think I'm a person who likes to give hotels and restaurants the benefit of the doubt and it may seem overly picky but here's why I rated it like I did... We arrived without booking at...More

Saw the reviews and was a little cautious but need not have worried. Let them know we'd booked despite a few free tables, sat down and drink order taken immediately When the drinks came we have our food order and it was clockwork like that...More

Been here a few times before and it's always good. Food is great staff friendly. Usually go there for lunch and the sandwiches are great this time I had the hunters chicken and it didn't disappoint.

This started well several years ago with a good makeover and rebrand. I have been several times and it has lost ground over the years. Still ok but potential not being fully explored.

A warm welcome received from the moment we stepped into this charming country pub/restaurant. Unfortunately we didn’t pre-book and as of any establishment on a peak time Saturday night it was busy. We waited for around five minutes for some seats, during the time glancing...More

You can' miss it. Travelling from the M56 or Altrincham, it's on the left immediately after a sharpish bend. We went there last Saturday and it was better than ever. Enjoy.

there is no excuse for not answering the phone. But you didn't miss much and there are plenty of better places to eat in the locality.
