Great little place just off the main strip in Corralejo and well worth a visit. We tried the chicken and chorizo jambalaya and the bbq ribs and both were fantastic. However the star of the show has to be the frozen cheesecake - try the...More

We've been to New Orleans a few times, and certainly did not expect that kind of authenticity but there are a few mandatory staples if you are going to call yourself a Cajun restuarant that are missing from Infusion. Let's start with the gumbo. Every...More

Nice food, reasonably priced. Lovely warm service. The place was obviously busy with regular diners the night we ate there, yet we were made to feel just as welcome as the locals. Very family friendly and super staff.

This restaurant was recommended to us off the main drag in Corralecjo, as something different with some spice. Not impressed, very basic and like being in your own kitchen at home, although my kitchen a lot better. If you like basic food and want a...More

The food is simply delicious. The restaurant might not be the most comfortable or have the greatest ambiance but it makes up for that with it's quality food. This could very well be the best tasting food that I've had in a restaurant. Ever. There's...More
