Our family of two adults, an 8 year old and a 6 year old came here two times for dinner in July. We have eaten here on a previous visit to the island and we were delighted to return to what we believe is one of the best restaurants in Can Picafort. The restaurant is very busy and popular so I would advise making a reservation. The staff and atmosphere of the restaurant is first class and the menu is interesting with lots of choice. I tried the tuna steak which was both delicious and a big portion - see the photo! On the second visit, I tried the mussels which was excellent. My wife enjoyed her quesadilla and on the second visit, the falafel. Kids ate all their chicken and chips which is freshly made. It's just a shame they don't get a vegetable side with it (though ice cream is included). Drinks menu is vast and although we had no space for pudding, I enjoyed their mango margarita at the end of my meal for something sweet and to help me cool down in the Spanish summer sun. Overall, we really enjoy this restaurant for their consistently fresh and tasty meals, a warm and welcoming family-friendly atmosphere and great staff which makes it value for money. Enjoy!

Our family of two adults, a 7.5 year old and a 5 year old enjoyed dinner here on a Tuesday evening. We arrived just after 19:00 and the welcoming waitress had us seated at a table round the side of the restaurant even though we hadn't booked in advance. It's clearly a popular restaurant so I recommend making a reservation. Normally we don't fancy benches as the kids are too small for them but these were really comfy (they had cushions) and you could tuck them close in to the table so no problem for the kids. Great welcome for the kids as the kids menu doubles as a colouring sheet and they provide coloured pencils too. Fantastic chicken nuggets and chips which were fresh and well presented (see photo). My wife enjoyed her ravioli and I loved my rack of BBQ ribs. Portion sizes were big and value for money. Tasted great and it's such a lovely atmosphere to enjoy your meal and the drinks...the drinks menu is so good! My wife raved about the sangria (as mentioned in other reviews) and my mocktails were superb and refreshing. Highlight for me was the coconut and mango dessert which capped off an excellent meal. Staff are hard working and attentive. We had multiple waiters and waitresses serving us or collecting glasses and clearing plates. We even had a waiter who didn't serve us but came round to see if we were okay as he was checking on all the tables so well done to the management for motivating their staff. The welcoming waitress at the start came with the bill and was full of warmth and energy even though she'd been busy throughout service. My wife and I said there were other items on the food menu we'd like to try and we would happily come back here again. This is definitely a go-to place in Can Picafort and was the best restaurant we went to for quality food, great service and a wonderful family atmosphere and warm welcome. Enjoy!

We walked past this restaurant on the first night of our holiday as we were wandering and thought it looked nice so came for an evening meal on our second night. It didn't disappoint. I had the tuna steak which was cooked perfectly and the rice and sauce and pak choi were so tasty. My mom had the red cod curry and thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was good and I think it was reasonably priced for the quality of the food. I think we may be back there before the end of the holiday!

We visiting this restaurant on night 10 of our holiday and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had eating out, I have no idea how this restaurant is number two on TA (at the time of writing) my only conclusion is that the people writing value quantity over quality. The food was, at best, average, with inflated prices and a roadside location you would at least expect good service, alas no, zero cares given by the waiting staff. One of the most shocking things was being asked to take our cutlery off the starter plates as they were being cleared so that we could reuse them for our main!!! The staff just weren’t interested, not once did we get asked if the food was ok, we also weren’t offered dessert or any other drinks. There are many lovely restaurants to eat at in Can Picafort, this is definitely not one. €200 for two adults and two children for a not enjoyable experience; I am happy to pay more than that for good food and a good experience, sadly this place is far from worth it. Noticed a number of dissatisfied customers leaving early with unfinished meals and no tip (says it all really). We left no tip and we are 10% tippers for service.

Visited La Pinta two times during our stay. The first time we had tapas and sangria, which was very good. The second time we probably had the best pina colada i Can Picafort, two tapas courses and one main course. We were in a good mood and wanted to order more drinks, but the waiter didn’t come back to check on us. The main course was served over an hour after we ordered, and we saw that guests ariving after us got the food much quicker. When we finally got the food we didn’t feel like ordering more drinks, the mood was kinda killed by the waiting. Will add that the restaurant was not full with guests that night, so it should not have taken that long to make some quesedillas.

I cannot believe that this is the same restaurant that has received so many excellent reviews! The service was abysmal! After being seated we were not attended to until my partner physically got up to get a waiter’s attention. The waiter had a face like thunder and took our order. He was surly and abrupt. We ordered a selection of tapas, a bottle of rosé wine and a bottle of water. The wine and water arrived almost immediately and all of the tapas dishes were served together around 10 minutes later. My partner has a nut allergy and we asked another waiter to check with the chef that what we had ordered was nut free. He came back and told us that there were no red fruits in the food, we clarified to him that it is a nut allergy and not a fruit allergy and asked him to check again. He never came back. When the food was served we asked yet another waiter who confirmed that none of the dishes contained nuts. The food was not good, mostly cooked from frozen. We received no further service until we asked for the bill. At that point a waiter cleared the dirty dishes which had sat there for some time after we had obviously finished our meal. The bill arrived and then we waited some time for the card machine to arrive. There was no thank you and we were so pleased to leave the restaurant. We will never return, it was an awful experience!

We had mussels and fried peppers starters, goats cheese salad (huuuge), burger and tuna steaks with sangria. Everything was well prepared. Service prompt and friendly. The tuna was surprisingly large, 300++grams?? And perfectly seared! Served with a beautiful dipping sauce, lemon basmati rice and asian style greens. Most expensive main on menu at 29 EU. Great restaurant definitely worth a visit.

After seeing some reviews thought we would visit after reading good things. So glad we did. The best meal we have by far. Great little place with friendly staff and food to die for. We will be back before our holiday ends. Had starters of mussels and prawns followed by a chicken Thai style coconut curry and my wife had 2 starters of warms goats cheese on nut bread with fig and the prawn in chilli and garlic. For desert the pannacotta all washed down with a jug of sangria. 10/10 banging

Very poor. Service all night was awful, we were completely ignored. Four different people attended the table, no consistency. Starter plates weren't cleared before main course came out, we had to help clear them ourselves, despite a huge wait between courses. One main course was inedible, so salty we had to send it back. No-one seemed to care. Ordered wine that never came... we literally sat there waiving our arms in the air to try to get someone's attention. ! It wasn't too busy, but none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing or care... we communicated the issues to staff very politely but they just shrugged their shoulders. Food itself was OK, nothing great, quite overpriced for the quality. The tuna main was so huge, it was off-putting. Some people may judge quality on quantity, hence the great reviews, but we found the opposite. Really poor evening that was not cheap. There are much nicer places in Can Picafort with better service, better location and higher quality, for cheaper prices. One to avoid

We visited La Pinta twice during our stay - the food was amazing, really generous portions and there was a really good selection on the drinks menu, including mocktails! We visited with our 2 year old toddler - on arrival he was given colouring to do and his food arrived on a plastic plate with toddler cutlery - little things that make all the difference when dining with a toddler! We would definitely recommend this restaurant and would certainly return if we came back to this part of Mallorca!

Only 3 stars for these reasons: waiters weren't very present, we waited a while for the entrées and an hour for the main course which was just too long. Also, they didn't have gluten free bread, which is a very easy thing to keep. This is despite them being listed as gluten free-friendly. In addition, we missed some traditional mallorqin dishes as they have added curry to all their fish-mains. Lovely atmosphere and busy, so book a table. Ideal for couples. For a touristy place, it's fine and cosy.

Despite the restaurant being busy, we were greeted quickly and felt appreciated for making a reservation. The wine list was plentiful with great Spanish offerings. Their Pina Colada was the best we have had on Mallorca. We started with a goat cheese salad that we split. It was huge, fresh, and flavorful. I had the seared tuna that was done to perfection. My wife had a rib eye stake that couldn’t have been better. Her new potatoes had a light crust on perfectly roasted sweet spuds. The staff was attentive

This is definitely my favorite restaurant in Can Picafort: the place is really great, staff super friendly and efficient & the food is high quality not to mention huge portions. And even as a vegan it has loads of options for me (ask the staff, they can adapt a few things from the menu). Thanks guys

4/5 based on the experience and food. Good tapas, although fairly limited. Fantastic sangria! Best I’ve tasted on the island… I think, should they of had outdoor fans, I would have made this a 5/5, was such a shame we had to rush our food and leave as it was boiling hot with little to no air leaving us feeling uncomfortable.
