It must be a dozen years since we first visited Las Chinas but it has never been better than is currently the case. Obviously during the Covid pandemic we were restricted to eating outside but this was no hardship at all given the warmth of...Frigiliana evenings in late September. This may not be a restaurant with the most magnificent of settings or views, it does however deliver totally in terms of great food, excellent, very attentive service and equally good value for money. We have seen many restaurants come and go during our last fifteen years of visiting Frigiliana. Las Chinas has outlasted most and with good reason...one of them being that it does the best Gambas Pil Pil I have ever tasted.More

Came here for Sunday lunch and the food was excellent. Although the restaurant was almost full, inside and out, the service was prompt, friendly and altogether very efficient. My husband had the black spaghetti with Pil Pil sauce, followed by the Seafood Zarzuela, and I...had the special of Turbot with veg and fries - all very well cooked.More

We were a large group so we expected longer waiting time for our meal. The servers were fantastic and kept us entertained. The best part was the complimentary drink afterwards! I would love to know what it was!!!

Being one of our favorites we have been there frequently in the past. Good and honest food greatly served by Sebastian and his team. What we don’t get is why a glass of wine suddenly has to cost 4€ which is extreme for the region....Hope they realize that this price needs to be rectified quicklyMore

Staying in Frigiliana and had low expectations of finding somewhere good open at this time of year. They must have known we were coming because we ate here yesterday which was the first day they opened for 2020. So good we are here again tonight...and have booked the paella for tomorrow night too. Steaks and chicken were delicious. Service was fun and friendly. And great value for money!More

This restaurant has some of the best food in the area. The steaks are lovely, the fish is always good. The chef is consistently good. The paella has to be ordered the day before but it is one of the greats and well worth the...wait and anticipation!More

Such a let down. Embarrassingly over-cooked steak, non existent service and no suggestion that the lump of tough grey/brown leather on my plate would be taken off the bill. Just a shrug of the shoulders. Sadly a very similar experience to others in recent weeks....Will not return. So many other restaurants in the village with better food and service. Nobody is perfect all the time but they simply didn’t care and expected me to pay anyway.More

It was nice to get away from the centre for a few hours, although this was only a few minutes walk. The staff were all so friendly and generous with their glasses of wine!!! We had the lamb which was delicious. Would definitely go back!!!

Visited here on family recommendation after they ate here last year however must say that meal was disappointing. Steaks whilst large were poor in quality and of a chewy texture and chips were wet and soggy due to accompanying veg which was in a pungent...garlic sauce. Not good and would not recommend.More
