we did not dine here...but four of us had ice-cream. the ice creams were totally out of this world with flavours that were perfect to their description. the coconut had chunks of fresh coconut in there, and was thick and creamy what we liked is that you are treated as specially as the people who are dining in there, which... We went to try this place as had read great reviews. We weren't disappointed! The host was very friendly & welcoming. We hadn't a table booked & restaurant was busy but was looked after with appetizers while waiting on a table. Really enjoyed the whole experience after feeling ripped off the night before in a mediocre restaurant.

This restaurant has a great location and it has a great rustic vibe. My food would have been very good if it were seasoned. It was in desperate need of seasoning that is why I am only giving it 3 stars... but the pasta was very fresh and the ingredients in it were all very fresh and cooked perfectly. The... More

We visited Da Ciccio for dinner. It was amazing! We sat outside, and you could see the sea, which was very romantic. The owner was so friendly, and suggested some good dishes. We had lobster pasta and clam pasta, both were delicious. The lobster was so fresh and sweet! Then we had swordfish for the main, it was divine. We... More

Maybe all the positive reviews had overhyped it in my head, but my experience at this restaurant was a little disappointing. The food is good, don't get me wrong, but it didn't taste amazing to me and it seemed like the restaurant's success had gone to its head a little. There was a touch of arrogance in the air, best... This was a very nice surprise on the way to visit the Aragnese castle in Ischia. Not a a great impression seen from the street but food was exactly what you expect from a restaurant : quality, fresh ingredients (especially seafood), nice service with all attention for your needs and a little of history with the presence of Mr. Ciccio... This restaurant has been in the family for 2 generations and you can see the old man overseeing everything. Its also in a neighborhood so people are hanging off their balconies and kids are playing ball nearby. It has a small dining room and outdoor seating. If you don't get there early enough, there's nowhere to wait other than strolling... More

Very enjoyable food, including some vegetarian options, and charming staff. Able to recommend a decent Ischian wine. Busy even in the off-season. Would visit again.

Food was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend. Just note they open at 7:30pm for dinner!

We made 3 visits over our week in Ischia The highlight was the rabbit stew. Which has to be preordered. But well worth it!
