Fantastic home-made pasta. We tried some of the specials and a pizza, all excellent. We struggled to chose from such an exciting menu, could happily visit every night for a week and not get bored. Swift service, excellent value. We asked to swap a wine and the owner was very courteous. A busy restaurant, you may find a wait for a table it is very popular. Thank you for a lovely evening, we will be back!

Simply amazing!

We stumbled into this restaurant and expecting nothing much… As it turned this phenomenal little restaurant serves probably the best Italian classics outside Bangkok. We started with Black and White Mussels in White Wine, which immediately transferred me back to little Sardinian harbor town. Just amazing the blend of garlic, black pepper and white wine. The Tagliatelle with Italian sausage and dried ricotta cheese were another highlight, compliment by a another generous serving of Spaghetti Carbonara. If you are thirsty, reds and whites start at 1000 THB per bottle - the White (Frontera) was a good dinner companion. We come soon again.

Probably the best Italian restaurant on the island

This restaurant is amazing ! The chef Joe knows his profession very well. The pastas are homemade and cooked to perfection. Owner Joe is a very nice and friendly guy and his service staff is very attentive. They serve good wines as well and the Tiramisu is mouthwatering. Strongly recommended to visit this restaurant if you are on the island.

freshly baked baggels

small cafe serving home made baggels, ice cream and coffee. Ideal for late afternoon snack. My recomendation is salmon baggel. Nice service, reassonable prices.

Good food cosy atmosphere

Really amazed by the quality of food and service by this restaurant. All the dishes are authentic italian and they have the best desserts in koh chang. The owner who is also the chef is very nice person and take care of all the customers. We were 19 people all together but still the service was prompt and to utmost quality. 5 starts to this place and a special mention to the owner.

Splendid pizza

It may be squished into a tiny space along Kae Bae’s road but there is nothing tiny about the delicious pizzas with their excellent dough. We will try the homemade pasta next time. Good service. Choice of Italian wines. Avoid peak times if you want a table.

One more reson to visit Koh Chang

Wow! 4 nights stay on the island we had 3 dinners at Mordi e Fuggi. Fantastic food. Great Pizzas (Very authentic taste).... even very simple homemade Macaroni scored 5 stars. Small quiet place with great Italian food. Very nice Owner/Chef. Can't wait to visit again. I would happily recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely piece of Italy in Koh Chang

Such a lovely Italian dinner. We appreciate fresh and local Italian products.Also nice choices of Italian wines in restaurant. As dessert we like to recommend tiramisu.After dinner small glass of limoncello was perfect. We like to thank very friendly owner.If you stop by in Koh Chang, do not miss this place.

MOUTHWATERING FOOD! I wish the chef would Move to Bangkok so I could eat it every weekend!

Oh my god!! This place is so good! The chef makes everything so delicious. My family came here 2 nights in a row and if we stayed longer we would come every single night! We are huge fans of Italian food and this is one of the best Italian restaurants we have had in Thailand. If you don’t go you’re really missing out! All of the pastas are homemade and the pizzas are the perfect soft and chewy texture. If my family and I come back to koh chang it will be to eat here specifically every night!

We do love Duck

Really enjoyed our Duck Ragu with pappardelle (homemade ) and the beef cheek stew from the daily special menu. They were able to serve the duck without the green olives as described on the menu. The apple crumble needed more apples to be moist and taste of apple. Service was good and we received a complimentary limoncello at the end of the meal. We definitely recommend this restaurant.

Best pizza in Thailand

Nothing bad to say about this place. Its very small which makes it feel very cozy and the owner/manager has time to check in on you, asks howa everything. Very friendly guy, very competent staff. Feels very genuine. But the most important: the food is great. The pizza is the best I've had in Thailand and I've lived here for 5 years now and Thailand surprisingly has alot of good pizza. The pasta is great to, real Italian gelato ( at lest I think so). You won't get robbed getting a buzz on either as the wine is probably as good a priced as you can get in Thailand. All in all, great place to bring the family and also friends as it serves as a great start to a. Ight out as well. 5/5

A must in Koh Chang for the very best Italian food

We just left Mordi E Fuggi restaurant with tummy full of fabulous food. We had 3 courses of wonderful food. Joe the owner was kind enough to check in on us to make sure everything was good. He kindly brought out a bottle of fantastic Lorenzo olive oil for our goat fetta bruschetta which was awesome. My wife had a huge homemade pasta seafood and I finished up with Joe's Italian style cheese cake. We travel to Koh Chang twice a year and we will be a regular every time in the future. Best wishes with your new 2nd branch on Koh Chang opening soon. Kind regards John and Kookkai

Really nice Italian meals

A very simple place at the main road with an Italian owner. Good selection of tasty Italian dishes, including deserts, ice creams and nice coffee. There are many Italian restaurants on the island, this one is definitely recommendable.

Outstanding italan food!!! - Absolutely must go in Koh Chang

There's no other way to describe it: the food is consistently excellent and it's like being in a very good restaurant in Italy - and this on a remote island in Thailand! Super good pizzas, very fine pasta and this one comes al dente! Wonderful salads, good antipasti. Super friendly service and very nice boss Joe who is always happy to talk to the guests. A great atmosphere! It was so good that we went there four times in one week! ATTENTION: don't forget the small bar right next door. in which Joe offers fine panini and good espresso during the day! As soon as I am back in Koh Chang, the first thing I will do is go to Joe! One request: maybe you could increase the wine selection a bit and offer a few more expensive bottles...

Amazing Italian Food!

We stayed in Koh Chang for a week and went here twice it was so good. The Italian food was excellent and authentic. We had pizza, pasta, salad etc and all dishes were delicious and hearty. The owner and staff were friendly and very helpful and atmosphere relaxed and always busy. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
