We have friends who come to Richmond every 6 months for lunch at Crab Louie's. We have been doing this for 25 years and they would not miss it for the world. Always good service and good food and just a great place to sit and chat.

We were a party of ten. We were all satisfied. A very good experience. The seafood is fresh and prepared with many styles.

I went to school in Maryland, and thought they had the best crab cakes in the world. Well, Crab Louie's might have them beat (they're at least tied for best)! Delicious! But, this place is more than seafood. ALL types of food are here, and all good. Big baskets of various types of bread, fresh salads, yummy desserts. I could... More

Met siblings here for lunch. A nice location, no doubt. Server seemed a bit aloof, but helpful. The menu was difficult to read, small print, poor light. I had soup and sandwich with hot tea. All very tasty, cost $15.00 plus tip. No beef or pork selection on menu. Others at table had salad or fried shrimp. Salad, huge and... More

We've traveled all over the world and Sharon is by far the most personable, attentive and professional server! She took a personal interest in our family celebration and made us feel special. Highly recommend asking for Sharon when dining here.

Yes, I did genealogy work and discovered my Wooldridge ancestor came to America in 1690. He was a Blacksmith named John Wooldridge. Year's later, two sons built the plantation house at the Midlothian Plantation. This restaurant resides in that old plantation house built in the early 1700's. I was great to eat there The food was excellent (10 star), and... More

This restaurant seems to be stuck in the 80's. What was great then is just ok now. The inside is dated and has an odor that goes with the age. We were greeted by the hostess who had a hard time determining whether we should be seated on one side of the restaurant or the other. We decided for her... More

This is a real small place with quaint atmosphere. I got the stake which was really nicely done and flavorful. Some in our party indicated that the fish was a like under done but looked good to me. The service is a little slow so do not expect FAST MCDONALD's FOOD.

The atmosphere was of quaint, colonial style. Excellent service was provided by Kelsey. However, the food was what you would expect from a fast-food chain restaurant. The clam chowder tasted like it came from a can. The fried entries were over-fried and had a thick batter. Would not go back.
