We had a really nice time at the Local while staying in Irvington. Bagel with cream cheese, bacon and cucumbers was great. Staff was very nice and friendly and it was just a great place to relax and read the paper.

The food was average and over-priced. I will say the staff was very accommodating making a change to our order even though they had begun preparation. We probably should have tried breakfast instead.

Great location and only 1/2 mile walk from the Tides Inn. Awesome wheat bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese and capers. I've traveled extensively and it's probably the best I've had. Good coffee! I'd rave, but I'm not much of a coffee drinker. Eat in...More

The breakfast sandwiches are quite good and my wife raved about her cappuccino; my tea was served in a rather large cup that sort of overwhelmed the tea bag. Nice vibe and it's a popular place with the locals.
