Had lunch. Not going back. Some of the most flavorless food I've ever eaten. I expected a small town diner with great food. I got a Wonderbread sandwich with soup from a can...watered down. Very disappointing.

Nice diner type spot that is a piece of local history. The counter is a classic that brings back the fifties.

Frost is something of an institution in the old quarter of Culpeper. It's like stepping back into the 1960s; the old bar stools, the huge slide-in booth tables, the menu. We shrieked with delight; this is like entering the Fonz's home. A big, icy chocolate milkshake arrived in a iced metal mixer, to attempt to pour into a plastic cup... More

While driving home to Canada from Virginia we always make a point of stopping at Frost for lunch. Best cheeseburger around an worth stopping for. Just a note: they only take cash.

We arrived in town after lunch and starved from a long drive. We walked around town, found this diner in the heart of the small downtown, and entered our past. Dinners posted in front highlighted liver and onions or meat loaf. We sat at the counter around oldtimers reading the paper and chatting up the friendly waitresses, all of whom... More

We recently had breakfast here. They have a pretty normal breakfast menu. Coffee and food were so-so. My home-fries were completely charred, but everything else was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Stopped in for breakfast and saw everyone but Andy and Aunt Bea. The service was great and friendly. The food came out quick and was good. Definitely a local go to place. The waitress knew everyone coming in and what they wanted to eat. Good experience.

Ate in there one time, ordered fried chicken. It came out hot on the outside but frozen in the middle, never went back.
