This chain of restaurants usually makes me feel like the Mexican food is really good. This one continues to disappoint. If you do to one try them in GA not VA.

Not a bad place, but nothing to make it stand out. Typical American Mexican food, tamales are too corny, nachos supreme much too plain. We ate there after a long day on the road and it was close to our hotel. Probably wouldn't go back!
Frequent Jalapeños often, the food and service is always excellent!! The staff is very attentive and friendly, if your looking for an excellent Mexican meal, this is the place to go... no skimping on the food here.. just don't eat to many chips & salsa.. best I've ever had!!
Like for many, Jalapenos is a convenient dining spot for many traveling especially if you are staying at the Hyatt Place. Have been many times in going to and from FL / NJ. After a long drive, the needed Margaritas are large and tasty, chips and salsa, a great compliment and menu is large and varied. The staff could not... More
This was my 3rd and probably final time there. It's just very convenient to the Hyatt ... in no way is this Mexican food ... save a few bucks and hit the Taco Bell. Yes big portions of not great food. My boyfriend used to rave about this place but even this last trip he didn't even eat a 1/4... More
Jalapeños is always a favorite stop for us on our way down to Florida! The people are very nice and food is excellent! Salsa is also top shelf! Highly recommended if in the area and like Mexican food! Margaritas are average but nothing an extra shot of tequila doesn't fix!
We eat here often. We love the staff, they have become like family to us. This is where we go for our family celebrations. The food is really good. The salsa is the best!
We arrived at 9:30 on a sat night and were surprised to see the place empty. They assured us that they were open though and served us. A few people came in after us so we didn't feel as weird. Ordered some queso and chips and some chicken and beef tortilla wraps to split, came with rice, Guac and sour... More
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Now it is dirty and rundown. The service is terrible and the food is no better than the Taco Bell across the street.
