Located in the heart of Chester, this small mom & pop diner offers a flashback to days of old. The diner, decorated with quaint sayings and flea market knick-knacks, is small with only a few tables. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. My children had the made to order bacon cheeseburger with fries and a soft drink,... More

We go there for the Cheeseburger, Fries, and Drink special. What a bargain! It's so good, but you can't eat it all. Very small restaurant with only a few small tables. The staff is super-friendly and food is plenty good. It's near the fire station in "downtown" Chester.

Excellent Burgers, fries...every so often they'll get some bison in the place. About 10 little tables inside, a couple outside too. If you want quality burgers in a hurry, this is the place

We were looking for someplace quick to grab a light lunch, and the Village Diner fit the bill. We had their Chili-Cheese dog lunch special. Service was good, and the food was also. The building is unique, with the walls covered with local memorabilia and patriotic displays. Just a good, down-home place to eat.

It's a neat mom and pop style place. Not a lot of sitting room but you can get anything to go. Got a bacon cheese burger with potato wedges. Absolutely amazing food.

Let's start with the good. Building is a cool chalet style hold-over from the 60's. Decorated with kitschy signage and knickknacks some funny some just dumb (mostly look like flea market left-overs). They have a pinball machine. I personally love to play and with not many around, that was a a fun way to waste a dollar while waiting for... More

While in the Chester area we stopped by for breakfast. It was our first time here so we were somewhat surprised to find out that you order and pay at the counter and they bring the meal to you. My wife ordered pancakes with scrambled eggs which she said was very good. I ordered fried eggs with a side of... More

My favorite hole in the wall...and I mean that kindly. My children even ask to go here. Lots of funny signage on the walls, an old pin ball machine, entertaining reading material on the tables...fair pricing, good diner/grill food and desserts. I've liked everything I've ever eaten from here, breakfast too! Delicious peppered seasoning on their home made chicken tenders,... More

Small, family-owned dinerette. Typical burger, fries and shake menu, with that cozy, old fashioned hometown feel. This is not a fancy place, and doesn't claim to be. Good food for a good price. Any business that suports true American patriotism, has my support over the fast food franchise joints anyday! Two big fat thumbs up!

Thank CM K
