Parker Pie is a bit off the beaten path but worth the trip. They have a very nice selection of pizzas they make that are top notch. They also have some great local VT beers on tap to wash it down.

A short tour suggestion if you wish to see some background to the North East Kingdom (NEK) ... but it will be after a short glorification of our last stop on a recent road trip to Vermont. Background; My French Canadian friend had never been to Newport let alone Parker Pie. He exclaimed on arrival: "I would have never stopped... More

Yes, it's in the middle of nowhere! Pizza is really great! They certainly got the memo that lots of fresh toppings makes for great pizza!! Lots of funky speciality pizzas , but that's not really for me. Skip the apps, because that's not what they do best. House salad was good though. I would def go back!

We were in the area on a perfect sunny winter day in Vermont. A lot going on this weekend... snow-machine run, race at the cross country center couple towns over. so place was hopping. They seemed to managed the rush well. Bar side was jamming, had pie & beer in the front of the house. Parker Pie offers thin crust... More

We have been dining there for years but recently their service has declined. The last few times we dined there part of our party didn't get thier food until the rest of us were finished, Despite the fact that tables that arrived after ours were served their pizzas before some of us. There was no apology, just the excuse that... More

We were driving our way through the snow hungry for lunch. My daughter and son-in-law, based on past experience insisted we go to Parker Pie. We pulled up to a modest building and headed in the door to equally modest surroundings. My daughter and I ordered the Green Mountain pie (spinach, Granny Smith apples, bacon and cheese with a touch... More

We always stop in at Parker's after visiting Hill's farmstead Brewery. We arrived this time on a Wednesday. This is their Burger Special day. We normally order the pizzas since this is their specialty and always good but decided to go for the special. We were somewhat disappointed and wish we had ordered pizza. We did order a plate of... If you are in the NEK Vermont you have to go and order the Green Mountain Speical. The best pizza in the world. I have been going to parker pie since it opened, easily over 100 times. They have the best selection of craft beer anywhere. It has gotten bigger over the years but is always a good time

The food at this place was great! Definitely try the pizza and fries. The beer and hard cider was excellent. Service was wonderful. I gave it a three because it was difficult to find as it's in the back of a general store. The sign for the restaurant was leaning against the outer wall that we didn't see until we... More

Description
The Parker Pie Co. Started as a small pizza shop in the back of the Lake Parker Country Store.

While it is still a little pizza shop in the back of a country store, the quality of the food and the community atmosphere has turned it into a favorite eatery and pub for locals and seasonal clientele alike. The Parker Pie Co. Is a foodie destination not to be missed.

In addition to our famous pizza, our revolving beer menu features both Vermont brews and the best fermented beverages from around the globe.
