The food is made to order, service can be slow but is worth the wait. They also have hot dogs and hamburgers and much more. They are open in the summer until Labor Day.

My work team likes to go to the VSB on Summer Fridays. Good chicken, burgers, and dogs. Get a shake!

my husband has to get the foot long hot dogs when we are in town along with fries. I usually get the grilled garlic lemon chicken. Huge variety of flavors of ice cream. Reasonable prices.

I should've known better; we went here last summer and same deal. We could have eaten a really quality burger served table side for the same price in town . It's popular with townies who like to over order and then walk up to get their food. I'm not a snob, just don't understand the draw. Fries were burnt. Onion... More

It's what you expect when you go to a snack bar - fried food. It's like fair food. Not healthy, but no one's going here for "healthy" food. LOL. Whatever you end up ordering it's always tasty. I'm not a fan of their creamies. A little too runny. Not as "creamy" as other places creamies. But, in a pinch on... More

I went here a couple times this last season, but a number of times in the last 5 years. I've had a number of items off of the menu all of which I rated very good to outstanding. I'd say you get the feeling of fair food with the quality of fine dining. You can eat outside at a picnic... More

A local favorite that is only open April thru late fall, a wonderful place to eat! From the juicy burgers, to fish and chips, always a made to order hot and tasty meal! To end your meal, be sure to get a creamee (soft serve ice cream, maple) or ice cream to die for! Enjoy!

Burgers are delicious and come on a real roll, not some miserable "Wonderbread bun". Burgers are juicy, roll is chewy, perfect combo. Sweet potato fries were hot and crispy. My Mom had the grilled hot dog with sauerkraut. They lightly grilled the sauerkraut, which my Mom really liked. Lots of tables in the shade to enjoy a good meal on... More

The food is great for a local stand. Seafood specials are fresh. I enjoy feeling like a local. Prices are super for the value. Take the kids here and dogs are welcome at the picnic site.

30 years family owned business. Locals love this place. Some things are a little costly but both the food and ice cream are awesome. Family faves for us are the onion rings, fried dough, and grilled foot long hot dogs. They even have Grey Poupon dijon mustard! My fave!
