Great food, reasonable prices and nice atmosphere - this is a place you will want to check out for breakfast when you visit Burlington.

This is where I discovered Oatmeal Pancakes. I have been addicted ever since! This place is packed on weekends, so plan on a long wait or come early, I have always had good service here.

Went to have breakfast and we where met in the upper hallway by a man who said he was the owner. He said the restaurant was temporarily closed due to a flood. He then went on to say that he is restructuring the business and it will be actually be closed for awhile . They will "be becoming non profit... More

My two favorite meals are crab cakes and eggs benedict. At Magnolia, you can get the two together—and it's delicious. Pair it with a bloody mary and who needs anything more? The dining room is well laid out, with high booths and several cozy nooks.

A bit out of the way, i.e. hard to find, but well worth the "hunt" -- the food is delicious and locally sourced. Wonderful service, great selection and it's one of our favorite places to go in Burlington for breakfast. Truly a genuine "find" and the variety of delicious items makes it hard to choose. We've eaten here 10+ times... More

I am a tea-drinker, but unfortunately tea there is was so strong it was impossible to drink it, even though I poured half tea/half water into my cup. The thing that surprised me I told the waitress that it is impossible to drink it, she took it away and still charged me for it, which I don't care paying 3$... More

The wait line was reasonable (15 min) around 10:30am on a Sunday and they have a very comfortable waiting area with drinks available. We started with black tea, double shot latte, and the cheese and fruit platter to share. The coffee was quite good. The tea was so strong my wife couldn't drink it without adding a large amount of... The food was excellent, we all had breakfast items for brunch from seasonal French Toast with pumpkin bread to specials for hardy eaters with cinnamon apple pancakes with eggs and breakfast meats. Magnolia's does not take reservations so we had a 45 minute wait on a Saturday, it was worth it. They do offered a place to sit and wait... More

As first time visitors, we were directed to Magnolia by family. It is tucked away in the basement of an office building within walking distance from the downtown hotels, but you have to look for it, even though there is a sign outside. It is well worth finding. There was a wait for a table but we were offered spots... More
