I have only been here once but I certainly remember it. High seating, great street views, the place where a writer can write. As a matter of fact I will not leave my next visit to Burlington without dropping in.

I had a similar experience as a recent reviewer. I ordered corn beef hash and thought it needed more corned beef (although I did order it two days in a row). Coffee was weak. The biscuits are fabulous and service was great. $17 for corned...More

I went to Penny Cluse on a recent trip to Burlington. I got there early as I heard it does fill up quickly. The food was excellent and boutiful portions. The staff was friendly and kept the coffee flowing.

Get there when it opens to avoid the line. Everything we had was good, but the pancakes are phenomenal! Friendly and quick service too.

Nice atmosphere and great food. I particularly liked their cornbread French toast. Highly recommended.

A nice varied menu and lots of good hardy home cooking. It is a favorite in Burlington and usually crowded, often with lines for breakfast on the weekends. I find it too noisy for comfort, making it hard to hear my dining companions but the...More
