We visited the Sherpa Kitchen as part of Vermont Restaurant Week, and partly had the set menu, partly the a la carte. Both were very good, with tasty dishes, friendly service, nice atmosphere and very good value.

The food isn't bad and after two visits (one lunch and one dinner), I experienced very pleasant and fast service even though the restaurant was packed. The wait for our meal was not long at all. I found the food flavorful, though the lamb wasn't great. The sauces and curries were quite good. The chicken dishes were good. I'll go... More

My wife and I took a business colleague here for lunch at 1:30 pm. We missed the noon rush and so we're looking for a leisurely meal. We tried three different appetizers all of which were very tasty. Lentil soup, potato samosa balls and deep fried onions. For main courses, one had tiki masala and two of us had lamb... More

Our son, who lives in Burlington, loves this restaurant. It reminded me of Ayurvedic type restaurants I go to in NYC. It has great curry sauces with Naan type bread. There were lots of vegetarian options; but also some chicken ones. The flavors were wonderful. Yes, there seemed to be a long wait - one person running the whole show.... More

We waited over an hour for food that turned out not to be gluten free, despite the fact that our waitress knew our family was gluten free. She disappeared after we ordered and neglected to bring us our lassis. We weren't even served or offered water for 30 minutes after we ordered. I'm sure the food is good. Pity we... More

You really can't go wrong stopping here for lunch. Plenty of food, well prepared and simply delicious. Restaurant is clean. Service is not always quick, especially when they are busy. But it is well worth the wait.

Very casual setting on College Street. Good food. They certainly have their momo's down. When they first opened...it was sub-par, but they've come way up ! I gave them a 2nd try.....and I will return

Wanted Asian for lunch so we decided on the Sherpa Kitchen and what a treat it was. Menu was sparse but food was wonderful and all for 8.95 it was a bargain.
