My wife and I read a few good reviews of this restaurant located in the Holiday Inn property. So we thought we'd give it a try. I ordered the ribs and fries. My wife ordered the trout. I was surprised that our meals came with no salad, not even bread on the table. Our meals came quickly. My wife's trout... More

Very fresh farm to table style restaurant. Unique menu items like there deep fried biscuits, excellent. The staff was all extremely friendly and warm atmosphere. Live music on some nights is really nice to have, and the full bar has something for everyone. Double check their schedule because they are not open everynight.

The Maple Kitchen is located in the Windham building at Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Ascutney Mountain. This restaurant serves dinner only, beginning at 5pm each nigh except on Tuesday and Wednesday. Our party of three adults and two children was impressed by the cozy yet modern mountain decor. One piece of ambiance that was lacking was some soft and... More

Not many choices to eat where this hotel is located. Food was good but felt it to be a bit pricey. Was not disappointed but not over excited either

Not to many resturants in this area unless you wanted to drive. We ate dinner the first night we arrived & I had trout which was very good but the sauce they put on the skin side so the meat of the fish had no sauce. I thought it was a little pricey but overall I enjoyed it.

Brown's Tavern just recently was re-created as part of the top-to-bottom renovation of the Holiday Inn Vacation Club at Ascutney Mountain. Open since this past October 1st, the place is all new, and a new menu. I had the ribs, that were awesome, and highly recommended is the maple glazed bacon appetizer. Don't miss it if you are a bacon... More

We had excellent food but considering this is the ONLY restaurant on the premises, it has a somewhat limited menu. The wait staff is excellent and the ambiance is very nice. Cost is $$

Just amazing. Candied bacon. Ascutney chowder. Ribs. Salmon. A must place to eat dinner. Didn't care for their ginger beer drinks or the crumble served in a small canning jar.

We stayed at Ascutney Mountain Resort and decided to have dinner at Browns Tavern one night. The food was average...not great...not bad. The service was on the slow side but it was conveniently located to where we were staying.
