The cafe is charming. The calamari was delicious, the chowder was so terrific we took a container home. The Croque Monsieur sandwich was wonderful.

Everything was nicely done. We had Gazpacho, a Salad Nicoise with freshly grilled tuna and the Bistro Chicken. All were better than expected. The service was friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable for the quality of food. I would definitely go back.

Enjoyed our outdoor dining lunch experience on a gorgeous Vermont fall day. Service was extremely customer focused. Many interesting menu items. Able to accommodate gluten free requests. Very nice experience.

Warm and inviting, casual fine dining at Café Provence is a truly memorable experience. Located in the restored historic section of downtown Brandon, Vermont—Chef Robert Barral, former Executive Chef of the New England Culinary Institute and The Four Seasons in Boston, crafts our seasonal menu to showcase not only his talents as a chef, but also highlight the best meats, cheeses, and vegetables that local farms have to offer.
