Easter brunch....most of the food was good! Not great but good. But for $45.00, which did not include coffee, juice or any drink but water it was way overpriced. After about 45 minutes of "so so" service a server named Chip took over our table and he was awesome! Likely will not return. Too bad because the views are amazing!

Family meal with a local friend. The lobster mac was cool not hot. One piece of of scrawny lobster and not much more. Truffle part fries were great. Meat loaf was fair. For the money, should have been way better. I remember going there about 7 years ago and had a fabulous meal. Not sure what happened. One really weird... More

Beautiful views at the Aerie Restaurant. On a family vacation and enjoyed several dinners. The artisan soups and salads were excellent. The house mac and cheese was delicious. The spicy lamb burger was out of the ordinary and delicious too. Thoughtful wait staff. Depending on the time of day and how busy they are, could either be quiet and calm... More

Even though there are limited dining options in Snowbird, the Aerie would be a great choice anywhere. An extensive menu and wine list, excellent service, and of course, a spectacular view of the mountain, make this an all-around great dining experience. I enjoyed the salmon which was cooked to perfection and well-presented, but with so many menu options, it was... More

We ate dinner two nights at this restaurant. One night we had the steak (undercooked so it was sent back and was perfect the second time) and the ravioli. Both were quite good. One night they had a Whiskey special, so that was fun to try out a few new drinks. The second night we had the burger and chicken... More

The atmosphere was nice, the service fine... but frankly the food was underwhelming. Was really expecting better from what is billed as a great restaurant. Food was solid and good for skiing. It seemed like the idea was to be refined but the practice was... less so. Deviled Eggs were deep fried, though tasty. Steak and Elk/Bison Burgers were good.... More

Just finished a four day stay at Cliff Lodge. Breakfast at Aerie couldn't be more convenient and at $20 it is a reasonable value for hotel dining. It is a buffet with the following: Omelet station- the chef does an excellent job. Waffles and pancakes. Didn't try them. It they looked good. The syrup is heated. But not maple. Hot... More

I was surprised to see negative reviews about quality of food. The ambiance and service were great, I thought the food was as well. They even brought over a free sample appetizer. The portions were generous, we did not even need two entrees so we didn't end up spending an insane amount. I would highly recommend. I was staying in... More

I love to visit Utah and frequent their amazing ski resorts. As an avid skier, getting a tasty dinner afterwards is a big part of my experience. This is my second time at the Bird and the Aerie specifically. I was not impressed with the food last year and was hoping the menu would change this year. I was sorely... More
