We had dinner here after reading the reviews that gave such great reviews. We thought it was ok. We had the pork and sesame chicken plate and Hawaiian plate with BBQ chicken and pork. The BBQ chicken was excellent, everything else was average and not hot enough. Both plates came with rice which was actually cold. We were disappointed with... More

It's more of a fast food place so we just got our food to go. I had the pork and my wife had the sesame chicken. Both were very good but the rice we got with it was just ok. The rice was a little bla even with their teriyaki sauce on it but I wouldn't stay away just for... More

I pulled up expecting a sit down restaurant, but still wasn't disappointed when I tasted the food. The Kalua Pork was fabulous. Slow cooked and melt in your mouth. The mini size was just enough and filled me up without making me feel stuffed. Definitely a place to visit.

Have been to HG last three times in St George and foe a inexpensive, tasty and quick meal it can't be beat. The loco moco is great and the garlic chicken is perfect with just the right amount of bite

These are your and my next door neighbors, even if you live across town. Food is authentic and tasty, and the Namasu is heavenly. Go there one time and you feel like family every time you visit. Aloha!

We ordered right behind the couple we were eating out with, and they received their order in about 5 to ten minutes, but our food took well over 30 minutes. The most upsetting part about this is that SEVERAL groups behind us received their food well before we did. Our friends finished eating before we got our food. We ordered... More

When there are a bunch of Polynesians working in the restaurant it gives you high hopes for having a good, authentic Hawaiian dining experience, and they do it right. The ultimate comfort food, in my opinion, is a good Hawaiian plate lunch. Some rice, Mac salad and some meat with gravy or sauce. That's what it's all about. It's Ono... More

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I had the Hawaiian plate. My husband had shredded pork on a bun with fries. It was very good. Nothing spectacular, but good.

My wife and I travel to Hawaii several times a year.. we have been trying to get Don and his family to open a Honolulu Grill there - we can't find the same quality of lunch plates anywhere on the islands - what a shame.. guess we will just have to stay home to get the best Hawaiian lunch plates!

I try not to miss this place when i visit St. George and it's great every time! I love the 3-meat plate with pork and chicken. They'll sauce up your rice if you ask and they have a vinegar-cucumber side that's as good as the meats (I think) and almost as good as their guava cake...
