Typical restaurant BBQ pricing but is walk-up counter service. Pulled pork was good; brisket had good flavor but had too much fat on it; though other person who had it wasn't as fatty. BBQ beans were very good - worth getting. Mac and cheese was so-so and was cold. Cole slaw is a vinegar based one - good flavor but... More

Tried DUBS only once and was disappointed with both meals we ordered. The brisket had gristle and the sandwich was lacking meat. I had the pulled pork which was " just alright ", with the portion size very little. The lady at the counter was far from friendly and the cook (I tried to strike-up conversation) didn't want to have... More

I was dying to get some barbecue in St. George Utah. I found this place based on looking at trip advisor. I didn't walk away disappointed at all. My expectations were exceeded. This is a family owned business and they have a lot of pride in their food. I found the shredded pork and their specialty barbecue sauce to be... More

Great place for some BBQ. Has all the typical dishes. Pulled pork, burnt ends, baby back ribs, brisket, baked beans, etc. Food was very good. It wasn't mind blowing, but it was really really good BBQ. As good as I have had in Utah.

St george has a nickname of Dixie but this bbq ain't from the south. It is good, not great. For the area it is probably as good as it gets. I liked the brisket and pulled pork. Beans were tasty. Fries are of the bigger kind; not as large as steak fries but not thin cut either. Stay away from... More

We walked in right before closing and were treated graciously when you knew the staff was probably ready to head out for the night shortly. Pulled pork was great and portions were very generous. You walk up to the counter and place your order which is then brought to your table. The plus was in the food and not fancy... More

This place was just okay. I had the pulled pork sandwich. It was fine. Not the best I've ever had but worth the price. The spicy sauce was decent. I paid extra for pickles (.50 cents) and got two pickles. I wouldn't say I won't come back. It was good enough to try again. The hot wings my friend has... More

Wanted catfish and sides (Southerners will understand). The only other catfish we have found in St. George area is at Texas Roadhouse. Their catfish may be better than DUB's but both come frozen and Texas roadhouse is spotty from one location to another. It also does not serve tartar sauce with their fish. DUB's has tartar sauces and comes with... More

I'm picky about my que - who isn't. The ribs were meaty, the brisket melted in my mouth. I choose following sides - Coleslaw tangy and crisp, Mac n cheese saucy, yams perfectly soft, not mushy and hush puppies crisp but not greasy. Casual and get down home feeling. For my good ole boy spouse, beer was available. From now... More
