I tried a variety of things here, having got the three meal plate. The chicken ettouffee was probably the tastiest. Most of the the other things were pretty salty and not too interesting. The hush puppies were fresh and pretty good. I thought the restaurant should have been cleaner. Our server was very nice and helpful and is a credit... More

Located in Salem, decor and seating is limited but the food tastes great. Service is a little slow but food comes out hot and fresh.

They were out of catfish AND Alligator, so we ordered alternate meals. The shrimp basket is better at Culver's. Not worth the price. Cute atmosphere, just not worth the money. Hush Puppies were pretty spectacular, I must admit. Might give them another try!

The location on Main St in Payson closed. They are now located in Salem. The move has had no impact on the quality of food. The new location is not nearly as nice as the old one, but the Po Boys are still great! The beignets are good too! It's hard to find decent cajun food outside of the deep... More

First visit to new location. Food is just as good, happily. Love the fried shrimp, either in the plate dinner with hush puppies, or in a poboy. Beignets were tasty. Hearty portions at very reasonable prices. The owner is from the New Orleans area (as are we); this is the real thing:).

Ate here a year ago so thought I would try it again. They moved to a much smaller location about 5 miles away in a neighboring town. Had a great catfish platter.

We enjoy Boudreaux once in a while for dinner or lunch. Their hamburgers are great! The Cajun food is wonderful, very authentic to New Orleans style. Begniots (spelling ?) are amazing and a great way to finish off your meal. They serve them hot!

I really don't understand why people like this place. The food really wasn't that great. my food was really bland, and seemed really cheap. Serving size is also really small for what you pay for. I actually ate here twice, I wanted to give it another chance. but it failed both times.

Boudreaux's is in Payson's "downtown" in a long, narrow space. Ordering is done at the counter, with numbered cards set at your table for food delivery (if you are dining in). The dining area is fine, except that it's quite narrow, which results in half of the tables being cramped by the line of people ordering. The tables near the... More

My wife and two kids were in town for a wedding and my wife remembered this place from a couple of years ago. She was thrilled they were in business as they were just opening when she last visited. Well it looks like they made it and deserve it. Our 12 yr old son is waaaaayyy picky- but he loved... More
