Hole in the wall Mexican joint. Not fancy, but very good. Big salsa bar with a great selection. Fish tacos are made with Cod, NOT Tilapia. Delicious. Locals kind of place, a couple firemen here when we arrived- always a good sign for me.

My daughter introduced me to this place years ago. Every time I'm in Park City I manage to have lunch here. I love the various dips, chips and salsa they have.

This was busy on Saturday night but the line to order went quick and tables were available inside or outside. A nice beer selection and a very nice salsa bar made El Chubasco a special stop.
I have eaten at El Chubasco many times. In its early days it was reliably good and inexpensive. I still think it is a good deal but has become quite inconsistent. I have had great enchiladas with mole and super dry overcooked enchiladas with very...More
My husband and I try to eat at El Chubasco when we are in Park City for our yearly 1-week visit, and this year was no exception. We really like the variety of Mexican favorites and try to get something different every time. This time...More
