We've been here 5 times over the last year, and every time it's the same great food, and very slow and sometimes bad service. The trick seems to be to order everything you want as soon as you get there and chances are about 75% that you'll get what you ordered correctly in a timely manner. If you order something... More

Even though we had to wait a while to get a table, it was well worth it. We had a great server (Cassie??- sorry it's been over a week) who we really enjoyed talking with. She knew the menu well, and when she saw that we had not received our order after a bit of a wait, she spoke with... More

This spot is just next door to my condo in Kimball Junction. Book ahead......It's a not the biggest restaurant around so it gets busy, especially on a Friday and Saturday night. The Shrimp tempura and Yellowfin Tuna rolls are excellent. The ramen soup is superb. They have a thai style noodle dish called Rad Thai. This is very good. Ask... More

Went here with several people that included different allergy/sensitivity issues. Service was outstanding, food was delicious, and the kitchen was amazingly accommodating for celiac and dairy-sensitive diners. Would highly recommend. Don't let the sushi in the title fool you. While the sushi was quite good, their Korean and Vietnamese offerings were fantastic including the house made kimchi.

The waits for restaurants around Park City the week after Christmas are a bit outrageous, but this is a restaurant worth the wait. They did their best to accommodate us without a reservation but we couldn’t sit down with a party of four until 8:15pm after arriving around 7:15pm. Unique to Sushi Blue were the names of some of the... More

Dined here for lunch on a Monday, not the best day to be eating sushi, however, our lunch was excellent. We ordered the gyoza to start and ended up ordering two more, they were so so good. Tuna hand rolls had good flavor. Special nigiri was fresh and tasty. My wife ordered the Rad Thai, their version of pad Thai,... More

Fairly high quality food in a casual, comfortable setting. It's a sushi place but with a pretty eclectic menu besides that (Korean Tacos, great burgers, interesting sales, etc.). The Sushi is good but I've also eaten the Pad Thai as well as most of their non-sushi items. It's a Bill White restaurant, so the quality is high and so are... More

My husband and I went here for the first two me & we had a great lunch! The combo features a drink, soup or salad or edamame and a choice of one of their selected entrees. Couldn't have found a better place for Japanese food!

We are locals and have been here a few times for the convenience. Menu has a nice selection of rolls and other cooked items. Its a bit pricey for the portion size and quality, but we are used to that in a resort town. $90 for 2 rolls 2 nigiri and a ramen.

Sushi Blue has become a must stop place to eat when in Park City. I have eaten here on many occasions. I have never been dissatisfied. Their sushi menu offers a wide variety of rolls and is always good. Their prices are in range with their competitors. Sushi Blue was a favorite place for my husband and I to eat.... More
