Our family of 5 was able to get a booth in the bar and it was great. Our server Jamie was very sweet and gave us excellent recommendations. We went early on a Saturday night (6:00 p.m.) so we didn't have trouble getting a table. However at about 7:15 pm it was packed! We stared with the buffalo chicken dip... More

Coming in from California for a Park City Ski Trip. Always looking for the best restaurants. The Butcher Chop House seemed like the place to go. I was right. Started with a cocktail at the bar. A large selection of signature drinks. We had wine with diner. The rib eye 18 ounce was my choice. Tried the Halibut also. Heading... More

We read the reviews and saw that the Butcher's Chophouse was highly rated. So we were disappointed when it turned out to be just so-so. It felt like we were in a busy chain restaurant. The service was not horrible, and there were plenty of waitresses and waiters, but they didn't seem to know what to do (or were so... More

We hit the Butcher shop After a morning ski. Great burgers and amazing chocolate martinis! 🍸 the staff was very helpful in telling us the best runs for our afternoons skiing.

Almost everyone ordered their steaks med rare or medium and they seem to be cooked to the right temp, but the meat was not very tender. Service was good, but I felt like... More

Terrific meal - walked in at 5:00 and our family of 4 received a terrific booth at a window - restaurant was full an hour later. We had the elk, crab legs and chicken fried chicken - all fabulous. Great service and terrific wine list. Server, Charles, was the best!

We are visiting from the sunshine state and we wanted to enjoy our honeymoon in the snow! Kim has been amazing, she is absolute wonderful! She recommended the butternut squash as an appetizer which was astounding and my husband and I both ordered the filet with different sides but again her recommendation for the jalapeño Mac and cheese was just...
