The menu is very limited and expensive. The service was very good, but the food was mediocre. As a group of 4, we ordered 3 of the items--no one was excited about their choice,

We stopped here after a long road trip & we both ordered the smoked turkey with mashed potatoes. It was by far the best smoked anything I've ever had. The potatoes were fabulous & the giant homemade rolls were to die for. I highly recommend Cowboys if you're going through Panguitch, you won't be sorry.

We stopped in for lunch and ordered a couple of burgers with fries and ended by sharing their famous peach cobbler. The place is immaculate, excellent service and very large portions. The hamburgers were cooked to perfection, as ordered. We will definitely be stopping here again. The menu looked great!

Just had lunch there. Decent salad but the burgers were horribly boring. I didn't take another bite after I saw the cook come out of the restroom with his apron still on. Definitely would not recommend, stick with subway up the street.

We stopped here for dinner and enjoyed it so much we came back for breakfast the next day! And what a treat it was! The biscuits and gravy were the best I've ever had! The serving size was huge!! highly recommended!

We stayed in a nearby hotel and decided it looked homey. It was homey, but lacking in service. We couldn't tell if one person was waiting the tables AND cooking the food. Pulled pork sandwich was OK. Nothing was said about payment, and we figured we needed to go to the front to pay. When I presented a credit card... More

After a day of hiking in Bryce, we were hungry. A short drive to Panguitch and its 3 block Main Street. Got there about 5:30 and just beat the crowd made up of some locals and tourists like us. The smoked platter of pulled pork, brisket and ribs was tasty but could have been warmer. And surprise, the chicken soup... More

Interesting place. When we arrived we were greeted but then we waited to be served while the owner finished discussing a crossword puzzle entry for his iphone with another customer. Ordered the Cowboy Philly but was disappointed as the meat was rather dry. No alcohol served so stuck with Diet Coke. Medium priced. Not certain I would recommend but really... More

Food was really bad. Beef brisket was dry, tasteless. Side coleslaw salad just a cabbage with mayo. Also tasteless. Service was good. Cash only

We had BBQ'D ribs. They were excellent. Great little restaurant that is only opened seasonally. You aren't going to do better in Panguich.
