Overall experience is good. its different then other indian resturants where mostly the tables are crammed, it has nice open space flow. We orderd the Ganesha special, mysore masala. We liked the... I do not understand why this place is not packed. I had the Garlic Naan that was flavorful and not dripping with oil. The Saag Paneer was some of the best I have had in 35 years. And you have got to try the Lamb Tikka Masala is out of this world!! My host was very pleasant and not at... More

If anyone in the Salt Lake Valley ever has the inclination to go to the restaurant called Ganesh Indian Cuisine in Midvale, DON'T!!!!!!!!! They are WAY overpriced, and the food is terrible, as well as the service. My mother and i went for their lunch buffet, and pretty much everything was gone, and they wouldn't refill it. The food was... More

I love Indian food and I'll preface this review by stating this is not the best Indian I have ever eaten. But it is really good! We live somewhat close and when we want a good Indian dinner this is where we go. I have enjoyed all of the dishes I've tried, especially the Coconut Korma. My sons love the... More

We (ie me + Husband and 3.5yo and 7mo children) went there for lunch. It was conveniently located close to our hotel so we decided we would try it out. when we went there there were only Indians eating (I usually consider it as a good omen). clean restaurant, largely spaced tables. so we weren't disturbed by our neighbors, nor... Chicken Tikka Masala is my all-time favorite Indian dish. I have enjoyed it at many restaurants around the world. Ganesh's was positively the worst. It tasted like tomato soup. I ordered medium but could detect few spices. The naan was greasy. However my friend's Chicken Mushroom dish was quite tasty. If I ever return here, I will not order the... More

I love Indian food and love trying places I haven't been before. This place hit the spot. The Chicken Masala was amazing and had a great flavor to it. Different than I have had at other places. It had more of a tomato base to it. The Naan was great and overall good experience. I will be back for sure.

I've been eating here for years and it is the best Indian I can find in the Salt Lake Valley. I usually do take-out and the staff is quick and friendly and the food is oh so fresh! The restaurant is never overly crowded and I love the Indian music videos they have playing. My favorite dish is the chicken... More
