Great dinner and located nicely for hotel travelers. Holiday Inn GM suggested the restaurant and she was right. Delicious and sounds like a great choice for a busy day. S. Chance

Food was good, hot and prepared to order. There was so much food we couldn't eat it all. staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Will return on our next visit
Steamed not fried veggies? Never would have thought of that. Overall disappointment. Ate it all with reluctance. At least the veggies were fresh not frozen. Service ok enough to give 2 stars. Don't think I will try again.
If you are ever in Heber UT you have to eat here and be VERY hungry. It is a nice little town up in the Mountains .
We were hungry after a long day of traveling. I tried an enchilada dish which came luke warm ... I should have sent it back, but I was too hungry to do so. It was also rather bland tasting. Next time we will try someplace...More
Most Don Pedro's that we've been too have been pretty good, this one was OK at best. A young male hostess was very helpful in getting a large group seated, but our young female waitress had other things on her mind other than serving us....More
We had a chalupa and enchiladas and both tasted good. We were traveling and saw that the parking lot was full--always a good sign for a restaurant. It was convenient on the highway.
Had chicken fajitas, chicken was like rubber. Good thing there was more to nibble on. Glass of wine was a small pour for $7, next time have a beer. It was enough to keep us alive, but we have had way better Mexican Food elsewhere....More
We stopped going here a few years ago because the food and service were not good. But, tried it again last year and it is much better. Fajita salad is good, enchiladas etc. Typical Mexican food and service is typically good now.
