I and my husband had breakfast there the other day. We always wondered about this place every time we passed by, since their parking lot was full every morning... Now we know why. Seat yourself wherever available, then waitstaff will come to take your order. There are breakfast special you can choose from 5 types, they are all around $4.... More

My husband and I stopped on our way from Austin to Tyler. I was very happy with my lunch which I ordered off of the Mexican menu. I had one of the lunch specials which was beef fajitas, rice and refried beans. I thought it was fresh and it was a good sized portion. My husband chose the buffet side... More

I had lunch here on Friday 8/14/15. Horrible service. The food seemed to be all prepared frozen products. I included some greens on my plate. I have no idea what they were supposed to be but they appeared to be a thawed unseasoned product. The only possible fresh item I tasted was the fried chicken and I'm not sure about... More

A buffet loaded with home style foods. We were there on a holiday, and there was a line of people waiting to come in, so that tells you that a lot of people like their food. Reasonable price and good service.

They have a local special during the week. A full breakfast with coffee for $3.49. What a deal. I eat there almost every weekday. Buffet at lunch is OK. Almost the same everyday except on fish Friday's. I bring my grandkids on the weekends and the ladies always make over them, so they feel special going there.

Consistently good home-cooked food. I love their fried catfish and fried chicken. Great tasting vegetables too. I always finish off with a brownie and soft serve ice cream. Now that Rancho Grande has joined them they serve a wonderful breakfast as well as Mexican lunch specials.

We enjoyed our meal-- good variety, many other folks enjoying the buffet. Would go back-- not as good as the reviews, in my opinion. Prefer mexican and other restaurants in that are when we are near there. Friendly place.

Good country cooking, on loop 340 just north of Waco. Good variety of meats and vegetables and decent salad bar. If you go on a Sunday you should go before early or after 1:30 PM as the place is packed with locals around noon after church.

Been going for years. Would definitely advise lovers of good food to go. Great vegetables, meats, desserts and friendy service. It is in Bellmead, just north of Waco on Highway 31. Easy to get to off I35.

When travelling, I frequently look for buffets, and cafeterias, because I prefer a sit down meal in a restaurant setting, and this is a good way to avoid fast food joints, and not have to waste the time of dining in a regular restaurant with the usual sit down meal. You get the best of both worlds, a pleasant ambiance,... More
