Best BBQ I've had in a longtime. I tried the sausage too, excellent. I can't wait to go back. Here's a pic of the decor!

Food pricey, not as tasty as lead to believe. Bottom line disappointing. Chicken on the dry side and pork ribs were on the lean side. Needed BBQ sauce for flavor.

If you're looking for really good food at a fair price and in a super atmosphere, then this is the place. Clem's has been around Temple for a long time, and it's now better than ever!

I had not been here since they quit having the buffet, so I was surprised at that change. We had a terrific waitress and most of us had the 6 oz. sirloin. It was cooked just right, and it is just the right size. For sides there are a lot more than your usual BBQ place. I had country noodles... More

I had the 2 meat (Brisket and Tri-Tip) and two sides (potatoes and gravy along with a green salad). This may be silly but the salad was terrible. Maybe it was their choice of using that dark green bitter tasting lettuce. Maybe just my taste buds? But the Potatoes and Gravy were very good and both meats and my wife's... More

Decided to stop on our way home from Waco. Was greeted byb2 sweet young women as soon as we walked in the door. We were seated immediately. Our waitress, Kimberly, was the sweetest server we've had in a very long time. Took a bit of time with everyone of her tables to actually talk to her customers. We ordered the... More

Waitress was very nice and efficient. Excellent butter chip pickles and very fresh bread. The brisket wasn't very good and the sausage was bland. The potato salad was terrible as well.

The brisket is a tri cut and is not my favorite, but the chicken is excellent. The service is good, the fixens are always fresh!

Friendly service, seated right away & took drink order upon sitting. Huge menu so it did take a few extra minutes to decide what to have. We both ended up with sandwiches. One sliced beef & the other chopped beef. While the beef on both was good, it was the bread that was the star of the meal. Would stop... More

Great BBQ restaurant BUT so much more from salads to down home southern cooking. And amazing fried pickles.
