My boys and I stopped by today, and we were not disappointed. The service was outstanding. Our waiter was very attentive and the food came quickly. The food was great, especially the fajita meat, which was very tender. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Sad when hubby has to work on Labor Day so I treated myself to lunch at Los Tios. CAUTION: Strong margaritas here! I always sit at the bar because I like talking to the bartenders but this is a great neighborhood joint so sit anywhere. Paola and Luna handle the bar and know what I mean when I ask for... More

Disappointed when we went recently for lunch. I ordered the golden beef tacos (I've ordered that for decades!) And I was so disappointed. They've changed the recipe and it's not as good as it used to be. No bell pepper. The rest was just okay. But definitely not the good ole Los Tios everyone knows.

I've reviewed Los Tios several times based on different reasons for a visit there. I've tried others and I'm sure I'll visit those again, but once again, Los Tios tops the list. This time it was the enchiladas al carbon with the tomatillo sauce. Everything was done just right. We had a medium side of guacamole and it filled the... More

Great for dinner or a celebration - generous portions make sharing a real possibility. Quality margaritas are a real bonus.

My family LOVES this place. We have to have the puffy queso. My favorite is the crunchy tacos, my husband loves the enchiladas and the kids love the quesadillas. Very friendly staff. We leave stuffed and happy.

After a several month hiatus and trying other new Mexican restaurants in SL, it was time to revisit LT. Same friendly greeting and not the overwhelming wait line. Sat a booth with Wendy serving us. Margaritas were flavorful and potent, the house 'rita only $5.95. Nice to chat with her and get the scoop on what's been happening here. She... More

Los Tios has been around for a long time and we have been eating there since it first opened. The house frozen margarita is wonderful. Their green sauce is the best we have had at any Mexican restaurant in the Houston area. The daily luncheon specials are a good value. My husband loves the grilled fajita chicken salad and I... We started dating at the original Los Tios over 40 years ago. It is still our favorite Tex Mex restaurant! Love the crispy tacos, enchiladas, and fajitas. And they have the BEST margaritas in town!
