Me & wife ordered La Parrillada (shrimp, steak, beef fajitas). We really enjoyed it. It came with grilled onion, zucchini, mushrooms, & a little bit of poblano pepper strips (not spicy). Would order again...

Easily accessible and plenty parking make this restaurant a go-to place for locals. A friendly staff provides great service which is attentive and non-intrusive at the same time. Visited for lunch and found a great selection of lunch specials. My party chose combo fajitas and grilled fish tacos from the regular menu as well as the beef fajitas lunch special.... More

i don't know if I would say it was The best meal ever but it was the best margarita i have ever had in a restaurant. If you want a margarita I recommend you order their top shelf margarita on the rocks with an extra shot of silver patron. You will love it. Also the brisket tacos are fantastic as... More

We all started with an excellent guacamole appetizer followed by various luncheon platters. These contained brisket tacos and enchiladas. We were all very pleased.

I moved to the mid-cities from Plano and finally had a chance to visit the Anamia'a in Southlake, which I had been looking forward to because the Plano location was one of my favorites. I left scratching my head and wondering if the restaurant was owned by the same people. The decor/ambiance was not nearly as nice; we waited a... More

If you want Tex-Mex, look to Anamia's first. From basics, like enchiladas and tacos, to salads and fajitas, Anamia's is always a solid choice with great chips and salsa. Jay's Tacos is my favorite thing on the menu.

When we moved to Coppell in early 2000's our go to Tex-Mex was Anamias. Loved it. Lately, not so much. Ate at the one in Southlake today and meh. Queso just cheese flavored with lack of complexity. Beef taco meat had off flavor. Cheese enchiladas lacked flavor. Too many good Tex-Mex places to waste money at Anamias. A Shame.

Guacamole was awesome. Food was good but we felt rushed. It was ridiculous...and there were plenty of empty tables. This was a Sunday afternoon. I was really looking forward to an afternoon out but was really disappointed. Not going back.

It's good stuff. Relaxed atmosphere. Free chips and salsa. Has all the classics and some new takes on some of them.

Can be dark to read a menu (for those of us over 50), but have never had slow service nor sent a meal back ... everything has been wonderful. Festive atmosphere but in an upscale way. Very clean and easy access from 114 just on 1709/Southlake Blvd.

Thank Michelle G
