Isabel's is a must eat when in the valley. The family run restaurant is a Port Isabel landmark and the food and service are top notch.
The food was OK. I sampled three tacos carne guisada, bean and bacon, and chorizo and egg. The large taco is exactly that, GRANDE!
We assumed this was a cafe style restaurant, it is Mexican food though. Good food, good price. Waiter seemed a little agitated but he should have been aware it was Memorial Day weekend they'd be busy. But all in all good visit, good food.
