We'd heard about the windmill being really good but didn't know what to expect when 6 of us booked. We were well looked after on our arrival and sat at a table in front of a small stage. The food arrived and was served by...More

Romantic atmosphere with chirpy waiters serving chirpy potatoes. Great choice of meat and fish; coming in large portions. Starters and desserts seemed overpriced, hence we just had mains. As a student couple we spent 50-60 euros for a pleasant night.

Set just off the motorway, which you wouldn't think as the inside is quite nice with a small undercover outdoor space set in lush gardens with 2 talkative parrots. The choice of food is good and reasonable priced €400+ for food, beers & wine for...More

I came on holiday with my boyfriend for two weeks and when we were leaving -it was sad. The thing that I was most sad about, is how far we would be from this restaurant. Martyn booked this restaurant for my birthday and had emailed...More

We ate here last night after reading reviews and did not disappoint. The restaurant is full of greenery and feels very 70s Spain! The staff could not do enough for us - at one point we had 4 on our table! Nightly entertainment is on...More

Having looked at a range of restaurants in the area, the interior of this swung us because it looked like it had the most character and it didn't disappoint. We didn't have a reservation, but staff were happy to seat us (and I think we...More

Description
For more than 500 years one of the staple foods of the Canary Islands has been a milled flour known as gofio, ground in windmills that at one time peppered the islands. Few working mills now remain. For Don Felipe, the man who first established the restaurant in the 1990s, the windmill of El Molino Blanco represented the traditions of his homeland. Today it reminds us of a fundamental food still prevalent in the Canary Islands and represents our commitment to preserving the best of Canarian traditional cuisine combined with the finest ingredients and years of culinary know-how to provide a unique and unforgettable dining experience. Choose from our inside dining room set within a traditional covered courtyard adorned with curios from Tenerife's rural heritage intertwined with rich foliage, or on our garden terrace with its scented flowers and lush tropical plantings. If it's a special occasion, why not book our intimate gazebo table set within the garden which gives you additional privacy in a rustically romantic setting. From the moment you set foot in El Molino Blanco we want to ensure you enjoy the very best food, service and entertainment so that you go home from your Tenerife holiday with precious memories to last a lifetime, or at least until you return to share your time with us again. "Through excellence in food, service, ambience and entertainment, to provide a feast for all the senses and a memorable dining experience customers will want to repeat"
