We went to the Ying Cafe with some special friends after church on Sunday. It is a Chinese restaurant. The staff were very friendly and the food was quality.

The food was okay but the service was slow, inattentive, never spoken to after I got my meal and one glass of water, never asked if I needed anything (another drink and napkin would have been nice) and had to go get my check....no smile and muttered "thank you." I won't be giving them anymore of my money! I left... More

We have had reasonable dining experiences here in the past but today the three of us stopped in after lunch rush. At 1:05 PM. I ordered egg drop soup for two. Server delivered a tiny half cup of soup and said I couldn't get it for two even tho it was on the menu-and I was not given an option... More

Their hot and sour soup is the best and a most excellent cold and flu remedy. I've several things on the menu but the soup is still our go to.

Go in and hope for the best. Sometimes the food is decent other times ,pedestrian. The 1 or 2 person staff are very aloof. As already mention prices are up and quantity is down. Win,Win for them,. I once tried a Press Pass ( a discount card from the Star Telegram),a discount card. I gave up because of the hassle... More

I've between eating here for over ten years abs remember when it was great. Service is horrible, portions shrank and price had gone up. It took about 15 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. She was too busy packing a take out order. There was only one other table with 4 then. When the soup arrived it... More

We've been to this restaurant several times and I have to say they have pretty good food. The problem is, if you want to get in and out in a hurry you'd better forget about it here. I don't think that we've ever gotten our food in less than half an hour from the time we ordered. There are usually... More

I have been going to this restaurant for 8 years and they have disappointed me only a few times. With that said, I always order wonton soup and #919 with extra sauce. Their wonton soup is the best I've ever had. The stock is fantastic and wonton and the vegetables tasted fresh and delicious. The 919 is always good. I... More

This place is okay. The hot sour soup is absolutely the best, but they have Increased their prices and decreased their portions, so we don't go as often.
