Owned by the same company that owns Spring Creek the Mexican in is an old Texas tradition that serves good Tex Mex served with its own version of Frito style chips and salsa. The food is always good and I have never had bad service at one of their locations.

Very good Mexican food. Try the Tiffin Hall plate when you are really hungry. The chips are made in house and yes they look like Fritos but are good. Be sure to ask for the bar hot spice if you want to kick things up a notch.

They have great food, along with fast, friendly wait staff. The lunch burrito is huge and delicious. The sopapillas are about 20 wonderful, bite-size gems ready to dip into the bowl of honey.

We stopped in Christmas Eve 45 min before closing. With just a few tables and the staff cleaning. The wife and I were promptly seated, our waiter was very friendly and tentative. Our meal was hot and fresh. The fajitas skillet was sizzling, I appreciate that most times anywhere you eat the skillet does not sizzle. Wife loved her enchiladas... More

This establishment is part of a chain serving a terribly cheap version of Mexican food. Cheese tasted like "cheez". Meat in enchiladas has some sort of soy additive. Uck! If you want a 'it can't get any worse than this' measure, then, by all means attend. Just be sure a restroom is handy afterwards.

We had dinner here, I thought it was okay, the food was bland. Certainly nothing special. I don't think I would return, there are many other Mexican places that are better. I will say that the service was really good.

The chips are very similar to Fritos. Consistent entrees. Good to above average. Our family eats there once a month. Safe choice.

Go somewhere else. Go to the local holes in the walls for the best Mexican food in town. Like the new one off of 287 and Walnut Creek.
