Eat in; take out. No matter how you roll, Rosa's roll with you. Start with freshly made tortilla chips, and order the Queso Supreme--with meat in it. Yum. Taco salad in its own tortilla bowl is just right for lunch or order the burritos, tostadas or tamales for dinnertime. All you can drink sodas in a lively-decorated venue. Rosa's is... More

Against my better judgement, read a review that said cold food, I still decided to try after pressure from locals, but regretted it. Fajitas, although tasted great, was cold. Overall, if you like Taco Cabana, you'll like this place.

It is what it is....fast food in a sit down environment. It's no different than a Taco Cabana (except Taco Cabana is better). You order at window and they call your number when ready. On our visit the meat in my wife's fajita salad was cold and tough. I had the chile verde and it was ok. The Coke was... More

It's a shame to categorize this place as fast food. Yes, it's fast, but SO much better than anything you've ever had from Taco Bell, Del Taco, etc. It's also a tortilla factory, so you get delicious flour tortillas made on-site. Also, unlike any fast food place, you can get a margarita or a beer with your meal! The sour... More

While visiting friends in Lubbock, they picked up fajitas from Rosa's and brought them home for dinner. The fajitas came in a neat divided serving dish that kept the rice, beans, and salad separate from the fajitas perfectly. The tortillas and salsa were very good, too.

The tortillas were so fresh and yummy. I had bean burrito and taco. Great food. It is one of those places where you place your order and when it is ready you pick it up and fix your own drinks You can watch the people making tortillas. The inside is decorated beautifully. Great atmosphere!

I love getting food here whether it be the beef fajita nachos, or the chicken enchiladas with sour cream. I can never get enough of their hot sauce and love that it is so close to my job. They do get pretty busy about noon for lunchtime during the week days.

Homemade tortillas are the best. Our favorites are the fajitas, guacamole tostadas, and Taco Tuesday. Drive thru and restaurant are always busy around lunch and dinner. MAKE SURE you check your carry out order before you leave because they are moving so fast, they often forget part of your order.
