Like another reviewer, I met an old friend here for lunch, and obviously it had been a long time since we had lunched here. I arrived early, and looked around where the cafe used to be, and realized it had been moved to a space...More

The food is always top class. I come here regularly with friends for lunch and dinner. The bread test like it was served in a French restaurant in the middle of Paris.

This is a place for women to have lunch, not so much for guys. The food is average and the prices are high.

A nice place to have lunch. Prices are a little above other eateries in Longview, but good waiters and nice elegant place to meet a friend and chat.

Generous with the risotto and pre-meal bread (high simple carbohydrates), the fish portion I would term "meager" at best, especially for the price. The asparagus was stringy, and collected between teeth. Note to chef: this is easily avoided by snapping the asparagus before cooking -...More

My husband and I meet friends to enjoy dinner here regularly. We love the atmosphere and have several menu favorites such as the salmon and the veal. But be sure to ask about the specials before ordering!

The restaurant has a good atmosphere, and good food. The service was lacking considering the price, and most bottles of wine only sold by the bottle. But no one really knows much about it. If you want to play the 5 star game then you...More

Thanks for the 5 star review, but it sounds like we weren't able to offer you a 5 star experience. We do offer several wine-by-the-glass options & also have a free corking & bagging service for unfinished bottles. Hopefully your next visit will be as...More

Looks like we need to check our risotto! Were you able to communicate with Matt that it wasn't quite what you wanted? We are always happy to accommodate, especially when we're able to offer a replacement. I'm glad you enjoyed the rest of your experience...More

Is the patio dog friendly? We are coming into town for a dog show in a week and would like a nice place to eat and to not leave our pup in the hotel alone.

The newly remodeled Café Barron's features a full service bar, extensive wine & beer list and three imaginative menus: lunch, dinner, and Saturday brunch, with small plates featured for afternoon cocktails. A few of our favorites include veal picatta, hot 'n crunchy chicken, pomegranate salmon, a mouthwatering mesquite bison burger and hand-cut ribeyes. Our focus is providing delicious innovative food in a refreshing, upscale, unpretentious comfortable space.
