Looking for something local. This hit the spot. Everyone was friendly and the owner came by to check on us. Country fried pork chop was the best. We had breakfast and lunch. All was good. Pancake was awesome.

Next time you want authentic Route 66 ambiance, flavor, and quantity come here. I've now experienced a wonderful lunch and breakfast. When I inquired about the owner I found out that he cooked our breakfast! It's as good as any we've had all across Route 66, but it's right here in the north Dallas Metroplex. Enjoy the Journey! The clock... More

I was there for breakfast and the food was good but nothing exceptional and out very fast. The service was not bad this is just very obviously a place that most of the customers are "regulars" and if you are not one of the the "regulars" you feel a little like you are at a party you were not invited... This is an excellent breakfast / lunch spot for unpretentious home-cooked food. Not particularly imaginative, but handsome portions, a warm welcome and a place where you'll find lots of locals. And the price is right, perfect to feed hungry teenagers participating in a local tournament - sure beats a chain for this kind of food.

I love Mill Street Cafe in Lewisville! The food is always awesome, and you can't ask for friendlier service. It is clean and friendly and has that small hometown atmosphere that can't be beat. I'm a Realtor and eat out at alot of places with my clients. I prefer Mill Street to most other eating establishments!

Took my Mom for Mother's day because she doesn't like to be around a lot of people. This a small, quaint place. The waitress was rude and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. When we attempted to complain, we were told the Manager was busy, so the Senior waitress came over and said they don't put cold food... More

We're visiting the Lewisville, TX area and went out looking for a good breakfast café. We went by the Mill Street Café and the parking lot was full, so we pulled in to check it out. They have a limited menu, but we've now been there 3 times and at each visit the food was cooked perfectly, the service is... More

This little café was recommended to us by a couple in line with us at another restaurant on Sunday morning. We all left the restaurant and headed over to Mill Street Café. We were seated on arrival and had a very friendly efficient server. Our food was delicious and the prices were even better. This may be our new go-to... More

Takes comfort foods to a whole new level. Makes I-hop & Denny's look like ka-ka!!! Love this place. Breakfast & Lunch only, but such a homelike atmosphere, super clean, and the owners are the best!!
