I have now tried Storm's Burgers in Lampasas again and also the one in Burnet. I didn't give it the best review the last time, but I give everyone one pass. The burgers at both locations were good and I even bought a couple of burgers to go for my Brother and Sister-in-Law. A decent burger at a decent price.

My husband and I had a late night chocolate shake craving, so we drove into town to get one of the soft-serve shakes for which Storm's is famous. We always order a "black and white" white is made using vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. They have very good soft-serve here, and their syrup is never bitter, no matter how... More

The burgers are great, fries freshly made and the bbq beef sandwich is to die for. It's the place to go for Friday fish. You can order food at your car or enjoy seating on the patio. It's a local charmer and a nostalgic venue. Enjoy!!!

Stopped here on the way back home the day after Christmas. We were all starving and wanted something local but quick. Place was packed but we found a spot right away. The kids got mini burgers and liked them. My husband picked a regular burger and the patty was seriously thin. He wished he had ordered the 1/4 lb size.... More

From the friendly service to the wide variety of menu items, it is clear why Elvis liked to grab a bite here while stationed at Fort Hood.

If you want an authentic hamburger from Texas just go to Storms. They have been a tradition in these parts for as long as I can remember. The whole menu is good. Just pull in and order. You won't be disappointed.

Storms is a great drive in. Great old fashioned hamburgers. A burger for every appetite whether it is large or small. Spicy curly fries are not ever really spicy. Vanilla Dr. Pepper is awesome. Good ice cream too. Try the Storms Special. If you are driving through Burnet, Lampasas, and Hamilton, the Lampasas Storms is the best in my opinion.
