The "go to" spot to take guests to show them why you live in Kerrville. An interesting and varied menu ensures you never have a bad lunch and they take the time to match a beer to your liking. Laid back and never pushy so if you're in a big hurry, go to McDonalds. No whining allowed on the patio.

No chain this..... Yes, the service can occasionally be spotty when busy as the restaurant seating areas are spread out (with a nice outside patio) but Brandon and the crew do work well with what they have. GJ's kitchen is small but inventive with an interesting menu and daily specials. The Brussels Sprouts appetizer is a popular starter and their... More

The first few times I ate there the menu was good and I felt it was one of the better restaurants in town. The last few times I've been there the food was less than average and the menu was awful. The chicken dish I had tasted like the sauce was made with generic, canned cream of chicken soup. I... More

I'm not a big wine drinker but I do love to eat here. The Brussel sprouts are to die for. I didn't even think I liked Brussel sprouts!! The texican sliders are awesome! They are spicy but so flavorful. We had the strawberry cobbler for dessert which was also amazing!

My dinner was wonderful and I enjoyed every bite! I had to wait a long time for my glass of wine,so I had to get up and get it from the bar. I was never offered water like everyone else around me. May need to work on consistent service.

Stopped by for dinner. We were seated fairly quickly. Good selection of draft beer. The food was very good. Smear for appetizer. I had the Royale with Cheese and my girlfriend had the Slider plate. Our waiter Daniel was excellent. Very attentive and had great suggestions for a night spot. A very nice restaurant and we will visit again upon... More

I have been going to Grape Juice since that day they opened the doors. Each year they get better and better. From the food, which the menu is very clever, to wine choices. Always a surprise that I love. A must do in Kerrville!!
