Dined here recently with a family group for lunch. It was a most enjoyable experience. Food was excellent, service friendly and efficient, and good choices on the menu. Prices are very competitive. No vaccination Cert check so possibly catering to disproportionate number of anti-vacc people. Not comfortable bringing older relations there as I used to do.

Place packed. Covid restrictions non existint. When it opens again I for one won't set foot in the place.

Dined here for the ‘Lebanese Mezze Night’ and in all honesty in the current climate I can only describe the experience as enjoyable, however, we were seated for the correct time that being 7.30, but, it was ages before the food arrived. The whole set...up was very professional in that there were gloves on the table & we were brought up table by table for our food. The variety of starters was excellent, and they were very tasty, but, the mains were limited & bland! Desserts were a washout & no tea/coffee offered!!! I called into the restaurant after a round of golf with a friend. We were served quickly and received our food after a reasonable time. The food was hot, well presented and tasty. It's a good place to eat after golf - it is part...of the golf course after all, but also welcomes non-playing visitors to dine. If you are in the area and want a good place to it, with lovely views over the surrounding countryside, you can't go wrong dining at the Vines Grill and Wine Bar.More

If you want a good atmosphere, great services and excellent food well Vines is the place for you. Restaurant spotless,great menu and very reasonabily priced. The staff are very friendly and always helpful.

Food and service very good, lovely comfortable surroundings. Really enjoyed the experience. Good choice on menu and good value.

Had a bite to eat in this lovely golf club everything cooked perfectly I will defo be returning. Try the bang bang chicken 5 star

Visited here with a group of approximately 20. We had a set 4 course menu for 28euros which included a bottle of wine between 2 people! Starter was very tasty, chicken caeser salad. Main course was bang bang chicken, Had this in a few restaurants...before and this was by far the tastiest and the portion was not stingy! The restaurant was packed, so nice atmosphere. Staff were lovely even though they had their hands full with the volume of people they were very attentiveMore

Had a great meal here last night with all the ladies in my family for Women’s Little Christmas..... the food was amazing as was the wine & great value also. Great entertainment & a great night.

Vines is situated in Ballyneety Golf club the restaurant is very tired and in need of serious softening and modernization....it looks like youth centre that has had tables and chairs included for a function....the food is good, portion sizes are decent, the service can be...a bit hit and miss though...the other negative is the menu never varies so after one or two meals it becomes a bore...More

This was my first time at the above and already I'm looking forward to returning there again.The bar area is spacious and well kept over looking the golf course.I had tea and a scone which I enjoyed and was a little surprised how competitively it...was priced.All in all it was a pleasant experience and credit is due to the two young female bar staff who were very natural and customer focused.More
