Not only is it the best Thai restaurant in town, it is one of the best restaurants, overall. Even better now that they have upgraded expanded their old digs. Be prepared to wait a bit...even at lunch.

Well Spicy means spicy so watch out. We've eaten here many times, and specially make a trip to this area just to eat here. Many times the wait can be 30 minutes to an hour. But it is worth it. The quality of the food is high and the price isn't. so you get great value. If we dont have... More

Thai Gourmet used to be my go to Thai restaurant. I have been going there since it opened in the mid/late 1990's as a reported offshoot from the Thai Pepper restaurant on Posr Oak. My yard stick for Thai is Putt Me Kow, also known as drunken noodles, even though I hear the siren song of the snarky cheese rolls... More

I absolutely LOVE this place and prices are super reasonable! Highly suggest the Green Curry Chicken and I would normally get medium hot but this place I get mild and it's still plenty of hot and spicy yumness!

This place gives you enormous amounts of food for very cheap prices and yes it is tasty. Be careful if you don't like food too spicy. Medium is very spicy. I would avoid the fish cake starters. Not sure what they were but they weren't very tasty. Everything else was amazing. My only criticism is that they are very keen... More

I was shocked at how good this Thai food was. There is nothing like it. The wait was very long so I just took my food to go.

This is one of the best places in Houston for Thai food. They make the food spicy. Service could be better, but I can over look it because of the food.

Family meeting place, great spot to get a big table, to order dish after dish of Thai curries - green and red - veggie pad Thai - crispy noodles and salads. Everything is very fresh and beautifully presented. You might ask for extra rice up front. Service is dogged; eventually you will receive all of your waters, special teas and... More

Very busy restaurant with consistently good food. My entrée was really spicy, even though I requested mild to medium heat. So, be careful....

We almost didn't go here because of the recent mediocre/poor reviews. We are very glad we decided to go. We arrived on a Tuesday night around 6 pm. We have not been here before, but the restaurant was large and about 1/3 full. By 7 pm it was full. When we arrived most of the patrons were Asian or Indian,... More
