Always enjoy the Som Tam here. Thai fish cakes delicious and the drinks also great. Reasonable value for money and close to where I live make it an all round good package

I last went to this old faithful about 15 years ago. In the interim there has been an explosion of Thai restaurants, with increasing sophistication in tastes. Thai Pepper does not fare well with the new standards. My lunch special was tasty but one-dimensional. The rice was gluey, the cheese rolls almost tasteless. The waiter hovered over us. I know... Had a nice evening visiting with my husband but had to wait too long for our meal. But when it came to the table it was good. The place was so busy with take out orders I think was the problem. Would go back again but will ask for a table not so close to the front door. Loud and... More

Absolutely love the food here! Tasty, just enough heat and a great variety of options! It is a small, intimate location.

Thai Pepper raises the bar for ambience, taste, and superb friendly service. Business lunches, Couples night out, or family gatherings, Thai Pepper is the Blue Ribbon Choice! I have introduced several friends to Thai Pepper, and they consider it their regular place now! Tom Yum Soup is different than the more conventional Thai restaurants, but it is worth trying! The... I have been dinning at this place since 1993 and used to be one of my favorites when the owner Teal used to own it. A couple of years back she decided to sell nd new owners transformed it to be a nice looking one, food is not as good as before but it is very comparable, the prices still... More

My friend and I went to dinner there before a concert we were attending. She had been before and really liked it. I was very pleased with everything I had . I had Tom Kha Gai for the soup followed by Thai Pepper Soft shell crab on the Chefs special menu accompanied by an ice cold chang beer. I loved... More

Thai Pepper on Alabama west of Shepard has been there a long time. The old house does not offer a lot of tables and parking is very limited. The menu is varied, easy to understand and read and the offerings cover most of the Thai dishes you would want to find. Service is attentive and pleasant but not smothering. Food... More
