We had a lovely meal and great service. I took my two picky eaters to try out Barnaby's for their first time and they absolutely loved the food, environment, and the attention that they received. We were not able to finish our meals due to the generous servings. My older grandson had a blue cheese and bacon burger, and the... More

Barnaby's Cafe is a restaurant that is opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner near The Museum District in Houston. It had a really good variety menu of breakfast items, sandwiches and salads. The decor was very cool photos of dogs. It had a spacious interior with a bar and a nice outside patio.

Several friends and I stopped by for dinner and to visit. The food was good (I have eaten there before). Love sweet potato fries. Even the wine we had with dinner was not bad for a house wine (they don't have a big selection).

This quaint spot had a diner feel and the menu choices are plentiful. I had the egg salad and it was a very large plate and very delicious. Probably the best meal I had during my weekend in Houston and very friendly staff and great service. I can't wait to go back.

Barnaby's Cafe is a casual restaurant in the Midtown/Montrose area of Houston, very close to downtown. They serve a wonderful variety of burgers, salads (my favorite is the chinese chicken salad), and chicken/beef/Mexican entrees. Friendly servers. As much as I like their fries, they will gladly substitute sautéed spinach or fresh broccoli, which is what I had the other night... More

Excellent food. The guacamole is very fresh and tasty. I had the feta and spinach burger. It was cooked to perfection! They thought of every element from the fresh spinach to the very tasty feta and olives. The fries were lightly seasoned, crunchy on the outside and yumm. The presentation of each dish makes you want to dive in. My... More

We chose Barnaby's for an early breakfast in the Montrose area. From the outside, Barnaby's architecture and colors are really inviting. When you walk in, the decor is eclectic with an amazing ceiling. And the staff made us feel totally at home. Nina was especially helpful and patiently described about half a dozen items on the menu. We finally choose... More

A great mix of food...even a lot of variety in vegetarian options. A must try is the spinach lasagna. Laid back atmosphere, reasonably priced and good service
