We decided we did not want to eat at the hotel so we went searching for a breakfast place. We found Cari's on Trip Advisor and found it to be as good as the other reviews. The eggs were cooked to perfection a no they tasted very fresh. Loved the pancakes too. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We... More

Another spot for breakfast if your visiting Granbury. Not bad. They are efficient. Food was okay. Prices were inline with breakfast food. Homestyle cooking.

Wife and I ate here this week Clean, yes. Wait staff, excellent. Food another subject. Wife had fried catfish. Mostly bread and not catfish. I had liver and onions. Liver serving smaller than wife's slab of "catfish" Hummmmm. Onions barely cooked. Could be wrong but mashed potatoes were from a box and certainly less than warm. Cost for two lunch... More

Although I go to Granbury often, I had never eaten at Cari's, which always has a lot of cars in the parking lot. Stopped by for lunch, but didn't know you had to get there early or things sell out. The lunch specials are on a big white board over the counter. Pick one meat, pick two sides with roll,... More

GREAT breakfast!! Small restaurant worth waiting for -- friendly staff made us feel right at home. Eggs, meats, pancakes, waffles and fried pies were all enjoyed in our group!

Seriously, don't try to eat anywhere else for breakfast in town. Not that there aren't other options, but Cari's is by far the best of the bunch. Food, staff, and atmosphere are pretty phenomenal. Food: pumpkin pancakes, hands down. My wife and I ate here twice over a 10 day period here recently because it's just that good. Staff: friendly... More

Our hotel breakfast offering was not appealing so we decided to try Cari's based on reviews on trip advisor. I am so glad! Friendly attentive service, and they kept the coffee coming. They accommodate special diets when asked and offered substitutions. Eggs were cooked to order and husband loved the chicken fried steak and eggs.

Granbury has very few good breakfast options and Cari's is by far the best. Large breakfast menu with outstanding cheerful service. The pumpkin pancakes put IHOP to shame. We visited on a Thursday and they had a constant stream of customers coming in. Clean, fast and friendly service really make Cari's a great place. Many places in Granbury that serve... More

At home I can have my eggs cooked just the way I ordered because I am the cook. But eating breakfast at Cari's was better than home. While meeting with long-time friends for a couple of days in the Granbury area, our breakfast expectations weren't met at the hotel. So we drove to Cari's. Eggs cooked exactly as we asked.... More
