My husband and I and our son went here on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Excellent! Tamales!! Big portions and very reasonable price. It is an older "hometown" café and the service was great also. Very worth the visit and I will be back.

Hubbard's reminds of the diners my parents use to take me to as a kid. They have a friendly staff, fresh food and home made pies!

Very tasty food at great prices. Pecan pie is my husband's favorite and it didn't disappoint. Will definitely come back.

Probably the best breakfast place in garland. It's not the best breakfast i had, but is pretty good and fresh. Also service is great and fast. Good atmosphere, reasonable prices, and lot of choices

We've been 3 or 4 times now, and each time I felt the service was very slow. We waited forever for rolls to come out. I felt like Denny's or iHop has served better and faster. We probably won't go back, and we live like 10 minutes away. Food is too expensive for what you get.

One visit to this establishment will suffice! We ordered lunch from the daily special menu - chicken fried steak with 2 sides and bread. The breading on the steak had a faint stale grease taste. The gravy was thin and had a strong bacon flavor. Green beans had no flavor at all and the texture of the mashed potatoes screamed... More

The only reason people go here's me and go to look at the girls in short shorts and skimpy tops. Food is fair at best. Service is very very slow. Getting refills on drinks is impossible. Do yourself a favor and skip this place!

Standard/traditional eating place in downtown Garland. Casual atmosphere for breakfast and lunch. Good breakfast selections including some traditional Mexican breakfast items. Locals like to eat here and lots of city officials and other community leaders frequent this historical restaurant.

Love both locations, I normally visit the Rowlett location more. But both places are very consistent and love lots of their options! Always busy but we try to order quick. You can enjoy the coffee refills while you wait! Such better quality and taste than going to a chain for breakfast!

Hubbards serves breakfast all day, home cooking, hamburgers, salads, homemade cakes and pies. It is a good family place to go.
