Good food, good prices - what else can you say? Basic order at the counter, but well worth it. I still recommend this original location over the downtown location, simply because of price and menu .... downtown is more upscale menu and prices, but still great food.

People tend to love the original and the new one. I don't know why... just not that great. Bland. Fish tacos are your best option to me.

Had the Lent special... a bargain for two pieces of fish, hush puppies, coleslaw and boiled potatoes for $7.99. Nice to seat out on a spring day in Galveston.

A little out of the touristy area, it's a walk up to the counter and order kind of place. Plenty of seating and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was really good, and the gumbo was amazing!

Went today for lunch which is great because of the list check specials they have. Took my family when they came down from Michigan and we all had poboys and they were amazing! Love this place!

Fresh Shrimp and other seafood prepared very well and at a great price. By far the best seafood value on the island! The fried shrimp is so awesome!

We have been eating at Shrimp & Stuff since it opened and at there the second weekend of Mardi Gras. Realized that they are not longer serving fresh fried shrimp and are now using frozen shrimp. It was awful and won't return. Such a disappointment. ....

Food was less than mediocre. I read the reviews and just knew we were in for a treat. Well it was a trick. The one thing I can say is the service was great however this place is overrated and over priced.

Overall it is ok. I was hoping for less breaded food. It was hard to find the shrimp or crab in any of the dishes. The sweet potato fries were very good. I would compare this to a place slightly better than captain Ds.

We arrived early to our cruise leaving from Galveston. The ship was delayed due to fog so we needed to kill some time and get a bite to eat since we weren't going to be able to board the ship until mid afternoon. I looked on Trip Advisor and found Shrimp & Stuff. It was perfect!! The food was delicious... More

Shrimp 'N Stuff Restaurant opened in 1976 and quickly became known as "the place where the locals love to eat." In these past 38 years we have had many guests visiting our fine city from across the U.S. who tell us they wished they had found Shrimp 'N Stuff the first day they arrived and assured us they will be back several times before they leave Galveston.
